ALS International was engaged by Alinta Energy to deliver the complete installation of a battery energy storage system (BESS) at the a regional project facility in Western Australia.
The project involved the transportation, heavy lifting and precise placement of battery modules, transformers and associated infrastructure, all completed safely and on schedule.

Transport to Site – Managed logistics and heavy haulage of containers, Transformers, LV rooms etc.
Battery Installation – Coordinated the placement and installation of 128 x 20FT battery units and 16 x 40ft PCS units using specialised equipment including straddle carriers and gantry systems.
Heavy Lifting – Executed precision lifts for the 90t switchroom, 26t LV room and 133t transformer using cranes and SPMT.
The project was delivered with zero safety incidents and within the client’s schedule requirements.
